Napoli SHUT DOWN Kvaratskhelia rumors; calls it “Bullsh*t” after news on social media

Serie A defending Champions Napoli have out a public statement regarding the future of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. The Georgian footballer put up brilliant numbers for the Gli Azzurri, netting 12 goals and making way for another 10 assists in their title-winning season. Lifting the scudetto after a 33-year-long wait, Kvaratskhelia was at the heart of it.
Napoli has shut down all rumors linking Kvara away from Naples. The club took to the social media platform ‘X’. In a strongly worded post, it read, that the club is in the process of providing the player with a new contract proposal. The club denied it also denied all rumors led by big social media outlets saying that their sources were incorrect. Further labeling the rumors as “bullshit“, putting an instant halt to them.
The whole of Napoli is enjoying their Georgian star on a £1m-a-year contract. The player has four years left on his contract. Napoli also turned down several clubs in the summer, including the likes of Newcastle United, who were ready to offer up to £82m for the player. Liverpool and Real Madrid also showed interest in their player, with the 22-year-old expressing his desire to play for the Los Blancos.
Kvara has started this season slowly. Missing the season opener due to Injury and losing the following match. Napoli find themselves 6th in Serie A, with 6 points in 3 games. The Georgian has 1 assist in 2 league games. Fans take a sigh of relief, as Kvara is not going anywhere. At least, not yet!
Napoli to keep Victor Osimhen amidst Saudi rumours

Reports suggest that Napoli managers have set a monumental transfer fee for their talismanic striker. Amidst interest from the Saudi Pro League, Aurelio De Laurentiis, Chairman of the club, set an unbelievable €500m to keep the Saudis from making a move on their player. There were reports that a Saudi side made a bid for the Nigerian striker for a fee in the region of €200m. However, the Napoli Chairman rejected it quickly.
Victor Osimhen was one of the best-attacking players in Europe last season, bagging 39 goals from 31 appearances for the Gli Azzurri. A change in the coaching staff and head coach has not slowed Osimhen down. The forward has already scored 3 goals in 3 games so far this season. After the €200m bid was placed for the 24-year-old, Napoli communicated that it would get them “a foot” of Osimhen. They also said that they “might” consider an offer if it was in the €500m region.
