Eden Hazard joined Real Madrid in 2019 as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo but since then the Belgian has barely featured in any of the games for the club due to prolonged spells of injuries. He also gained weight and lost his mojo which made him one of the most terrifying players to face in Europe.

Hazard returned from injury in 2022 but was benched for most of the time. The player was not even in the plans of Carlo Ancelotti, so he didn’t get enough game time.

In the current season, Hazard scored a goal and provided two assists. Since 2019 the Belgium player has appeared in 76 games, scored seven goals, and provided 12 assists.

The Spanish giants are speculating to crack the deal of Kai Havertz in this summer transfer window. The club president, Florentino Perez, is very cautious after Karim Benzema received an offer from Saudi Arabia.

The club is preparing for the worst situation if it occurs in the future. Certainly, the future of the Frenchman is still not confirmed at Real Madrid although he gave assurance to the fans by saying, “Why should I talk about the future? I’m at Real Madrid. Reality is not the same as what is said on the internet.”

Despite this statement of Karim Benzema, Florentino Perez is looking forward to bringing Kai Havertz as a new striker of Real Madrid. The club identifies Havertz as a perfect no.9 and a replacement for the Frenchman.
