Toni Kroos, a standout player for Real Madrid, recently made a very intriguing remark about his former teammate Casemiro. The bond between the two players at Real Madrid was very special, and now Toni Kroos explains why he was astonished by Casemiro’s decision to leave the club.

Kroos said, “Casemiro’s departure & his decision really came as a surprise to me. From a sporting perspective, switching CL for Europa League is a big difference.”. In 2014, Casemiro signed with Real Madrid and was loaned to FC Porto. After the loan, he returned in July 2015. Since then, he has participated in 310 games and scored 31 goals. He was transferred during this season’s summer transfer window, and he now plays for Manchester United.

As he will bolster the defensive midfield, Casemiro will unquestionably be one of Manchester United’s greatest assets. In Manchester United’s most recent game against Southampton, which the Red Devils won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Bruno Fernandez, he played the final 17 minutes.
