Are the modern-day pundits getting on the nerves of the footballers?

Some of the famous pundits of world football in the present day.

Nowadays pundits who are providing match analysis and giving their views on the performances of the players have a really sharp tongue and are taking it too far in terms of their comments. A few days ago, Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville were seen bashing and criticizing Cristiano Ronaldo on the player’s actions in recent matches which really irritated the player.

It is the players who actually have to express themselves on the football pitch and they are the ones who actually have to go through the 90 minutes, and for these pundits to be sitting and watching from the screens and to criticize these players is absolutely criminal and wrong. These pundits forget the fact that they were once footballers themselves and speaking ill about other players can hamper their mental health.
