Twitter Reacts as Iago Aspas’ Late Strike Helps Celta Vigo Hold FC Barcelona to a 3-3 Draw

It was the night of match day-12 at La Liga Santander 2021/22 and fans witnessed a great match of football between FC Barcelona and Celta Vigo. The match was a six-goal thriller which ended in a 3-3 draw.
Even though FC Barcelona took an early lead of 3-0 at half-time after incredible strikes from Ansu Fati, Sergio Busquets, and Memphis Depay, they once again bottled up and didn’t play the second half really well.
Some defensive errors and a last minute fabulous goal from Iago Aspas made sure that Celta Vigo didn’t lost to Barca at their home. Interestingly, the equalizer came in the sixth minute of the injury time.
With this draw, FC Barcelona continue to remain at the ninth spot with 17 points in 12 matches. On the other hand, Celta Vigo has jumped to the 14th spot and currently has 12 points against their name.

The Twitteratis are hailing Celta Vigo’s striker, Iago Aspas for his brilliant last-minute equaliser. It was a great strike under pressure and Barca’s keeper Ter Stegen had absolutely no chance to stop that. While some fans are calling him the G.O.A.T, others believe that he becomes Diego Maradona whenever he faces FC Barcelona.
FC Barcelona’s new manager Xavi Hernandez will have to reconstruct the side from the very beginning. Will he be able to bring back the winning days to the Catalan club after his arrival?
