It’s a do-or-die match for Manchester United against Bayern Munich. They currently are in the bottom of their Champions League group and need to face the dangerous Bayern Munich. A win would ensure they could still have a chance to qualify for the round of 16. As the team started warming up for the important match, the traveling Bavarian fans made sure the Red Devils knew what they thought of them.
Manchester United have managed only one win in the Champions League so far. They have lost three and drawn two. In their recent Champions League fixture, they blew away a 3-1 lead to draw the match 3-3. Along with that, they have two out of 3 matches played in December. In their last match, they were beaten 0-3 at home by mid-table club Bournemouth.
So when the Manchester United squad started warming up for their clash against Bayern Munich, the fans in the away end decided to serenade them with a colorful chant. With the Old Trafford still being filled up by the home fans, the away end was filled to the brink, with everyone singing:

Manchester United’s European nights so far
When Erik ten Hag first joined Manchester United, one of his biggest aims was to get the team back to the Champions League. In his first season, they reached the quarter-finals before losing to Sevilla. They did manage to finish third in the League, getting a spot in the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League.
On their first Champions League night after 16 months, they traveled to Germany to play Bayern Munich. They almost escaped with a point, but lost 4-3. They then hosted Turkish Giants, Galatasaray at Old Trafford and lost 2-3. They finally won their first match, beating Copenhagen thanks to a single goal by Harry Maguire.
They lost yet again, this to Copenhagen with the score line of 3-4. The very next game they blew a 3-1 lead to Galatasaray. With just 5 points off 5 games, they now need a win against Bayern and for Galatasaray and Copenhagen to draw, which would bring them to 8 points and the other two at 7. Anything less than a win would see them get disqualified from the Champions League.
