Rice was seen hitting the gym doing some light physical activities on his return from the holidays. He was even seen dancing, showing off his cool moves alongside his West Ham teammates.
West Ham from Ipswich Town today for the first match in their pre-season and they also play Reading and Rangers later this month.
Declan Rice is set to be handed the captaincy after club veteran Mark Noble retired. He has been one of the best midfielders of the premier league and a number of big clubs are interested in signing him.
