English commentator, peter Drury yet again showed his majestic skills with the mic to his face as Liverpool thrashed Manchester United 5-0 in one of the biggest matches in the Premier League season. Peter Drury was on duty for the big encounter at Old Trafford and he encapsulated the humiliating result for the best of words which drew appreciation from both sets of fans who were glued to the television sets to watch the English broadcast.

The comm box legend said, “It gets no worse than this. Given the context of the game, given the history of the game, given the meaning of the game, it is almost beyond cognizance that the scoreline before half-time in front of the Stretford End should be Manchester United 0, Liverpool 4.”
After the match ended with a 5-0 scoreline following Mohamed Salah’s hattrick and Paul Pogba’s red card in the second half, Peter Drury did not hold back and offered a pinch of consolation for the Red Devils’ supporters.
“He’s on an Old Trafford hat-trick here, Mo Salah… and he captures the moment. The man is extraordinary, the match is extraordinary, the scoreline is extraordinary – that picture will be framed and kept forever by Liverpool fans all over the world.”
“Do not adjust your set, it’s not a graphical error. It’s Manchester United 0 – Liverpool 5,” – were the words of Drury after the result on the night.
