The highly regarded South Korea National Team is the nation that has given up the most goals at the FIFA World Cup. In just two games against Hungary during the FIFA World Cup 1954, they set a dreadful record by giving up 16 goals. They were defeated 7-0 in the first game and 9-0 in the second.
