WATCH: Dog invades football pitch and steals the show as it nutmegs players in Bosnian Premier League match

A stray dog in Bosnia and Herzegovina interrupted the match in the Bosnian Premier League between Slodoba and Posusje in Tuzla on September 20th. This is the moment the dog brought the match to a standstill when it invaded the pitch to fetch the ball.

It is seen in the video that the small black dog running on to the pitch within the first few minutes of play and chasing after the ball. It nutmegs one player and nabs the ball, running circles around the players, much to the annoyance of the referee, who stares at the dog disapprovingly. The dog continued to dribbles around the players. When one of the player tries to tackle the mischievous pup, it hilariously nutmegs him and evades capture. The player then tries to boot the ball off the pitch but the speedy thinks it is a fun game of fetch and runs after it, again nabbing the ball.

After the dog had his part of the fun a player finally got the hold of the football and then the naughty dog was taken away by an official who carried it off the pitch.

Twitter certainly went crazy after seeing the video of the dog pulling off nutmegs on a few players. Someone jokingly said “Which Premier League team will get to sign that four-legged striker in the January transfer window.”

Another person said “He played better than Sancho did on Wednesday evening.” Comparing the little dog’s nutmegs to Jadon Sancho’s underwhelming performance against West Ham in EFL Cup third round.

The game between Slodoba vs Posusje ended in a draw with the man of match surely awarded to the dog!

The match in the Bosnian Premier League between Slodoba vs Posusje ended in a draw with Alic scoring for the home side Slodoba deep in added minute of first half. However the hosts were pegged back to level terms by a 71st minute strike from Leko. But in the end the dog stole the limelight on the night pulling off nutmegs on the players on the field.
