Real Madrid secured a massive 2-1 victory against Sevilla to cement their spot at the top of the La Liga table. The hard earned victory came courtesy of a stupendous goal from Madrid’s up and coming Brazilian sensation Vinicius Junior.

The 21 year old forward, who has had a blistering season for The Whites so far continued his hot streak of form in front of goal scoring the winner in the 87th minute of the match. The goal received huge cheers from the Santiago Bernabeu crowd as they knew that they had witnessed something special in front of their eyes.

The goal reminded the fans of someone called Cristiano Ronaldo, who had made a habit of scoring goals like these in crunch moments for Real Madrid during his stay at the club. Vinicius even brought out the iconic Calma Calma celebration to cap off the goal and the victory for the Los Blancos.

The move was created by Eder Militao, as he pinged in a cross field ball onto the left flank for Vinicius, who controlled it on his chest expertly. The winger took it in his stride and with a brilliant shoulder feint got rid of Sevilla Ocampos to create a space for himself closer to the penalty box.

As he got closer to the goal, it became clear that he had only thing on his mind and it was to send it into the top corner. He did so with perfection as the thunderous strike gave Sevilla’s keeper absolutely no chance to keep it out.

Vinicius Jr. Scored his 9th goal of the La Liga campaign, after Karim Benzema had scored the opener for Real Madrid in the first half to complete a comeback victory for the Los Blancos.

Real Madrid have now moved 4 points clear at the top of the La Liga table, and have a game in hand over most of the other clubs.
