Amir Khan states the details of his match against KSI might be revealed in the next four weeks. ‘King Khan’ stepped away from the boxing ring in 2022 after a crushing loss to Kell Brook, but he is now preparing to transition into the world of influencers. This past week, KSI’s competitor, Jake Paul revealed that Khan was in talks to face off against the British YouTube personality. 

As such, the ex-world champion, who held the unified light-welterweight title has officially said that this is indeed accurate. Furthermore, KSI has not fought anybody after his fight against Tommy Fury. It was the first time he fought a significant professional fighter and lost the fight via majority decision. The loss hasn’t affected him since KSI now appears to want to fight a former world champion.

During an interview with Offshore Poker Site, Khan confirmed the rumor of coming out of retirement. In addition, since both of them are from the UK, the fight will be conducted there. Their massive fan following is expected to cause the fight to be a massive success.

Khan also reflected that he is way past his prime now and is 37 years old, but he is up for this challenge. In addition, he remarked he is better suited for a comeback since Mike Tyson is doing the same at 58 years old.

Former British boxing champion, Khan has faced a major setback in his career after testing positive for drugs. This happened after the fight with Brook in February 2022. As such, reports stated that VADA detected traces of the banned substance, Ostarine. It is a selective androgen receptor modulator that can enhance sporting performance.

Subsequently, the British Boxing Board of Control suspended Khan for two years. Khan is known for his lightning-fast hand speed and impressive career.
