As per Thesun Corinna Schumacher was born on 2nd March 1969 and hails from Halver, Germany, other than that like Michael Schumacher she is also a sports fanatic.
In 2010 she won the European Championship in western style horse riding. She married the 7-time world champion Michael Schumacher in 1995 in Germany and ever since then the couple has moved to Switzerland. The couple also owns horse ranches in Texas and Switzerland.
In 2013 Micheal was skiing in the Alps with his son Mick Schumacher and got into a bad accident as he hit his head on a rock and fell into a coma for six weeks. Since then Corinna has stayed away from the limelight.
Physicians believed that his life was saved because of the helmet that he was wearing, otherwise, it could have been fatal for him. Corinna has been the support system of Michael Schumacher ever since the couple got married in 1995. Since then there never has been a moment when there were rumors of there being any kind of tension between the pair.
While talking about Corinna Michael once said “It’s because we share the same values. During all the time I was racing she was my guardian angel.”

Michael Schumacher and Corinna Schumacher gave had their first child Gina-Maria in 1997 with Mick the following two years later. Gina-Maria is a professional horse rider just like her mother whereas her son Mick has followed in his father’s footsteps and now competes in Formula1 for the Hass F1 team.
Corinna Schumacher’s court case
Corinna Schumacher in 2015 filed a case against a German magazine which on the front page posted her photo and wrote “Corinna Schumacher – a new love makes her happy.” After looking at the headline Corinna thought that the whole story was misleading people into getting the wrong idea about her, as a repercussion of this Corinna decided to file a case in court which was later dismissed.
Corinna Schumacher’s letter to a German Musician
When Corinna and her family were suffering from Michael Schumacher’s accident Corinna wrote a letter to a german Musician which said “I would like to sincerely thank you for your message and nice gift that will help us through this difficult time.“
While talking about her letter in the media she stated “It is good to receive so many kind wishes and other well-intentioned words – which is a great support for our family.” The musician in order to show support wrote a song in Michael’s name which was named Born to Fight.
All of this was known on a later date when the musician revealed the contents of the letter in an interview years after the incident.
