Lando Norris is a rising star in the arena of Formula One who has on many occasions proven why he is considered as one of the most exciting talents on the F1 grid. Everyone knows that these days it is very important to stay fit in order to perform at the top level and with the help of this piece we are going to have a look at what Lando’s diet plan looks like during a day.

Lando made his debut in 2019 with McLaren and from there, his career has gone from strength to strength. As his career has progressed in Formula One he has made himself aware of the benefits of having a daily routine when it comes to a sportsperson’s diet.

Formula one is “cutthroat” and in order to survive in this brutal sport, one needs to keep himself fit both physically and mentally. When it comes to physicality, a person’s diet is really very important.

Lando over the years has developed a daily routine that he sticks to every day.

Now, during the season, Lando’s day starts with a normal breakfast. It includes Chicken Sausages and egg whites. In between the three meals, Norris keeps a protein smoothie by his side that helps in providing regular doses of energy.

When it comes to lunch, Lando Norris likes to eat chicken, Veggies, and Rice. This simple diet ensures that Lando is having the required carbohydrate and protein intake.

During dinner hours Lando eats fish along with Veggies and Salad.

Before the start of the 2021 campaign of F1 Lando removed foods like Pizza from his diet in order to keep himself fit ahead of the 2021 season. The reason behind the change was the fact that Lando believed 2021 was going to be a “tough and grueling” season so he didn’t want any health-related problems to hinder his performances during 2021.

This decision by Lando Norris proved to be the right one as during the 2021 campaign the young brit was able to get on the podium an impressive four times.

Previously while talking about his diet plan Lando has said, “I have tried to be more strict with certain things, whether that is with food and trying not to have a pizza as often. I can still have a little treat now and then, but it is also the physical side of it, too. Trying to do more in the gym because I struggle with that part of it.”

Lando has had a strong 2021 campaign in F1 and given he has become very conscious of his diet plan, such small things are certainly going to help Lando in the long run as he aspires to become a “world champion” one day.
