Some of these social media platforms included the likes of Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp all of them are owned by Facebook and thus, were simultaneously down, meaning no one could browse through them until the servers were up again.
How did F1 teams react to this?
Everyone rushed to Twitter to see if they were the only ones facing the problem or was is it everyone who was getting troubled by this error. Twitter also held the record for most users active at the same time on the app, seeing this, F1 teams made no mistake and pounced on this opportunity.
