“Winner was already decided”: Serena Williams’ Husband roasts Michael Masi whilst driving Disneyworld racecar

Lewis Hamilton is a world recognized superstar who has many athlete friends, one of which is tennis sensational Serena Williams. The latter was one of the most evident supporters of the seven-time world champion in the 2021 Formula 1 season. But with Michael Masi snatching the headlines with his controversial decision at Yas Marina, things surely did not go well for the Brit driver and his fans, including Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian.

Now when almost a month has passed to that controversial night in Abu Dhabi, Serena Williams’ husband decided to troll race director Michael Masi by posting a picture from Disneyworld.

“I had to explain to Jr that no matter how fast we went or how well we raced in this Disneyworld racecar. The winner was already chosen. Probably picked by Michael Masi,” wrote Ohanian on Twitter.

Having said that, Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian was probably joking with Michael Masi. Yet Lewis Hamilton, who suffered the most that night in Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is yet to make an appearance and talk about that particular incident. Mercedes’ boss Toto Wolff even said that he doesn’t need Masi’s sacking to correct FIA’s wrongdoings. In the meantime, new FIA President Mohammed Ben Suleyman has promised reforms after the Abu Dhabi GP.

With the 2022 Formula 1 season starting from mid-March, expectation will be high from Lewis Hamilton as he would be desperate to seek revenge against the other drivers and teams. Now with the likes of George Russell joining hands with Hamilton, it would be interesting to see how the newly shaped Mercedes duo fights against all odds.
