Lewis Hamilton shares Valtteri Bottas’ “uninterested” reaction to him hopping off the pre-race parade

A GP weekend is the perfect combination of laughs, drama, and intensity. And so was the opening weekend in Bahrain. Laughter was heard before the race when we saw something rather unusual during the traditional drivers’ pre-race parade.
As the drivers were standing and chatting on an open vehicle, we saw Lewis Hamilton opening the door and getting off the slowly moving vehicle. This invited immediate reactions from other drivers, who were surprised to see Lewis Hamilton jumping off between the parade.
And one of the most hilarious reactions came from Hamilton’s most five-year-long partner and ex-teammate, Valtteri Bottas, who appeared to be puzzled by Lewis’ actions. Other reactions were that of Mick Schumacher’s and Esteban Ocon’s.
Chemistry between Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas

Lewis Hamilton’s video of getting down the truck went viral, and so did its screenshots. In one of the other posts too, the duo shared messages, giving a warm feeling to the fans of the duo.
The bromance between the ex-teammates is still on. The drivers were seen congratulating each other after the Bahrain GP, where Lewis finished P3 and Bottas finished P6. Valtteri Bottas drove up to Lewis and both gave a thumbs up of approval to each other as they drove around the track during the cool-down lap.
During 2017-2021, Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas were a force to reckon with. The duo won Mercedes 5 out of 5 constructors’ championships and now both the drivers also serve as mentors to their respective young teammates.
