Red Bull Racing’s Dutch driver Max Verstappen had a fairytale season in the 2021 season of Formula One which ended with him clinching his maiden world championship title.

The 24-year-old driver had a record of 10 victories, 10 pole positions, and 18 podiums to his name for the 2021 season. The Dutchman denied 7-time world champion, Lewis Hamilton, his record 8th championship title when he took the advantage in the last lap of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2021 by attacking the British driver.

Max Verstappen was spotted at the digital launch event of Red Bull Racing’s brand new car-the RB18. There have been reports of the Dutchman being engaged in a secret shakedown event ahead of the pre-testing season.

Red Bull Racing’s social media handles featured a video of Max Verstappen leaving the Red Bull Racing Office in their new livery-the RB18, which is going to be Verstappen and fellow teammate Sergio Perez’s ride for the approaching season.

The Dutchman has mentioned multiple times how he doesn’t feel the pressure of being the title defending driver this season and that he looks forward to doing things like he’s done all this time and hopefully achieving a successful season and possibly winning the title again.

The 2022 Formula One season kicks off on February 23 as the pre-season testing starts in full swing at Barcelona where all 10 teams will be seen testing out their new rides for the season together.
