Having made his F1 debut in 2009 for Renault F1 team, Romain Grosjean didn’t get a real chance in F1 until he drove for the Lotus F1 Team in the 2012 season. Before driving for Lotus, he had tested the car in the 2011 season in the last two races.

After four complete seasons with the Lotus team, the Swiss-French driver signed for Haas in 2016 and stayed until the end of the 2020 season, when he had one of the most horrific crashes in the sport. Luckily, he survived and after making the recovery, went to drive in IndyCar for Dale Coyne Racing.

In his debut season in IndyCar racing, Grosjean finished thrice on the podium, making the best of his experience in F1. In his second season, the driver will race for the Andretti Autosport and looks in good shape as he finished P5 in the opening race of the season.
