Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8: While the excitement of Season 7 is still abuzz, there’s already a lot to chew on for Fortnite new Season 8 from various sources. Fortnite new Season 8 will bring with it the usual batch of new content with big map changes, and new mechanics in the form of new characters and other inclusions.

Epic Games’ Battle Royale can arrive anytime around the second week of September. Epic Games has already confirmed a live event for the current season to tie up loose ends in this season’s storyline. This will make way for a brand new storyline that will arrive next season. With the release of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8, players can expect major map changes, an all-new Battle Pass, and more. It is also worthwhile to note that season 7 too will end following the regular time-lapses of the game.
With Fortnite continuing to up the ante, it’s always exciting to start thinking about what’s next. Although it’s too soon, there’s a fair amount to glean from the next update’s timeframe and Season 8’s story. The latest Battle Pass screen for Fortnite Season 7 says “Chapter 2 – Season 7 will take place through September 12.” With that in mind, it would appear Epic is currently hoping to start Season 8 on September 13. That date may fluctuate based on the needs of development, but that’s where the situation stands at the time of publication. There are also a few leaks on some of the collaborations players can expect in Fortnite Season 8 including Naruto crossover.
The Season 8 Battle Pass will reportedly feature some kind of Naruto crossover in terms of a Battle Pass skin and an explosive kunai weapon. It may include a mechanic called the Sideways, which is similar to the Upside Down from Stranger Things. The new location will bring monsters to the game.
