Fortnite Season 7 weapons are deeply embedded along with aliens in their gameplay. Fortnite Plasma Cannon is the latest addition to the game and is capable of tearing down buildings and structures with ease. Currently, Fortnite is in its exciting Chapter 2 Season 7 with many new inclusions like UFOs, alien abductions, and alien weapons in the game.
This weapon was leaked by data miners a week ago and has a futuristic theme like all-new weapons keeping at par with the theme Invasion. The article talks all about the Fortnite Plasma Cannon, the latest addition to the game in Season 7 as a new alien weapon.

Fortnite Season 7 Weapons are essentially anti-climatic to the season 6 primal weapons, given the former has a more futuristic touch to them, alongside the alien theme. Many in this section include collecting raw materials to upgrade your weapon in-game. In many cases, players can also combine a weapon and material to make a brand new weapon.
This new weapon is called the Plasma Cannon and has the description, “Launch a slow-moving energy ball that zaps nearby objects and destroys and buildings in its path.” As obvious, this weapon will be very powerful and effective in knocking down opponents’ structures, making it a weapon you would definitely want to keep if you come across it in-game.
The Plasma Cannon can be crafted in addition to being found on the Island. You can collect it from IO Chests, as well as normal ones. Since the IO used Alien technology to invent it, the weapon can also be crafted by combining a Legendary Pistol with an Alien Nanite. Players will need to get their hands on a Legendary Pistol and one Alien Nanite. Then, enter the crafting menu and merge them together.
A Plasma Cannon can deploy only one plasma ball at one time, but you can use multiple Plasma Cannons and fire them to have multiple Plasma Balls deployed. There are a total of five Plasma Balls that can be fired from one gun. This weapon can fire plasma balls surrounded by an electrical dome that will trap enemies and deal repeated heavy damage to them before being impulsed back. Vehicles will be affected in the same way.
