Benoît Paire vs Federico Coria: Preview

Benoit Paire

Paire has had a rough road to recovery after he contracted Covid-19 and was not allowed to play in the U.S Open 2020. The French player’s physical and mental health immensely suffered and he couldn’t perform well in the Italian Open 2020. He was seemingly frustrated at his poor form and was defeated by Jannik Sinner in straight sets. Even in the subsequent German Open, Paire receded to give a walkover to a fired-up Casper Rudd.

Benoit Paire

The Frenchman seems to have taken the road less traveled, but has succeeded in playing well at the slams. Even though Paire is expected to win, Coria is not going to back down without a fight.
