‘Durinho’s manager Ali Abdelaziz saw the tweet and responded with: “I think (Gilbert Burns) will make him blind. We already slapped him and broke his jaw.”
Backstory to the Retweet

This Retweet was about the time when Abdelaziz’s other client, Kamaru Usman fought Covington in his maiden title defense.
At the match at UFC 245, Covington took ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ to the fifth round.
Surprisingly he did not engage in a grappling contest as the fighters traded shots. As the match neared the 24-minute mark, the Welterweight Champion landed a series of punches that left ‘Chaos’ reeling.
Following another series of shots, referee Marc Goddard called off the fight thereby handing Usman a win in his maiden Championship defense.
The timing of the stoppage peeves ‘Chaos’ and he continues to trash talk the referee in charge for what remains his final fight to date.
Also, Before the fight got stopped with around 50 seconds left on the clock ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ broke his opponent’s jaw.
Denied a Rematch
Afterward, he (Covington) had put his name forward for consideration to fight Usman at UFC 251.
However, the UFC elected to approach Jorge Masvidal after Burns tested positive. Recently he revealed the UFC offered him former Champion Tyron Woodley, however ‘The Chosen One’ did not sign the contract.
Colby Covington vs Gilbert Burns?

Now, ‘Durinho’ will fight ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ once the latter returns from a medical suspension.
As per the rankings, should Burns win the title fight and ‘Chaos’ return to winning ways, a clash between the two may become a reality.
Covington who engages in trash-talking with everyone has not spared the current top-ranked Welterweight contender and as a heel, he can create legitimate heat with any opponent the UFC will put across him.
