Sources tell TMZ … Gisele informed Tom and their two children that she was pregnant with Joaquim Valente’s child before the news broke.

The breaking news outlet also reported that the 44-year-old supermodel and businesswoman is halfway through her pregnancy. This could mean that the now FOX analyst and their children were aware of this news well before it blew up smartphones around the world.
