Back in September, WWE’s heavily touted signee Giulia made her debut at NXT: No Mercy. And within a few weeks’ time, the 30-year-old emerged as one of the top stars across the roster. As she continues chasing the NXT women’s title, The Beautiful Madness has already figured out whom she’d love to wrestle one day.

Speaking on the Busted Open Radio podcast, Giulia said that Rhea Ripley is her WWE dream opponent and that she’s a big fan of hers. Also, the former NJPW Strong Women’s Champion talked about leaving Japan for America after the WWE switch. The London-born Japanese wrestler, who’s of Italian descent, said that she’s loving her life in the United States.

She alluded to the language barrier, as Giulia’s someone whose mother tongue isn’t English. Nonetheless, she’s starting to acclimatize to her new surroundings. The real-life Gloria Matsudo met Rhea when the latter recently journeyed to NXT. That night proved costly for Ripley, as she was laid out by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.

After the parking lot ambush, WWE announced that Rhea had suffered a fractured orbital bone and would be out indefinitely. However, Mami returned to Raw this past Monday with protective face gear. She joined Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, Iyo Sky, and Naomi for the women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series.

They’ll take on the team of Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, and Candice LeRae. After missing out on last year’s edition, The Eradicator will return to the double-caged structure. She’s got vengeance on her mind, and receipts are coming for Morgan and Rodriguez—the women who’ve not let Rhea regain the women’s world title.

Grayson Waller applauds Rhea Ripley for being a trailblazer

Today, there are a number of Aussies in WWE. From a recently debuted Zaria to the likes of Bronson Reed and Grayson Waller on the main roster, they’re making some waves.

While a number of factors could be attributed to a healthy Australian presence in WWE, Grayson Waller believes that Rhea Ripley’s the one who deserves the credit more. The Aussie Icon told Chris Van Vliet that she showed her compatriots how it’s done. She opened that door, added Waller.

In fact, this year’s Elimination Chamber PLE in Perth was headlined by Ripley, the then-women’s world champion. It was a night etched in the history books that’d inspire more men and women from the Land Down Under to pursue a career in WWE.
