There seems to be no end to the misery of Former US President Donald Trump. According to reports, the 77-year-old is facing trouble over a $464 million bond in a civil case fraud. 

Trump is reported of facing the danger of losing one of his golf courses. NY Attorney General Letitia James has started taking steps that will see the officials seize his assets. One of these assets is Trump National Golf Course, and the other is his private estate, The ‘Seven Springs’.

As per reports, the International golf course can get seized depending on how the case ruling unfolds. However, acquiring it could be a bit tricky. Trump took a lease from Palm Beach County on a long-term contract and developed it into a golf course, he does not own the land.

The County is reported to own the property itself. It is also the course where Trump has hosted his annual Super Bowl party and often plays golf whenever he’s in West Palm Beach. The former president often enjoys his tee times on the greens at various events or even as a leisure sport.

The court ruling has given Donald Trump time till Monday elsewise his assets will be seized by the NY officials. His billion-dollar empire will take a hit in case the former president fails to secure the bond requirement. Trump National Golf Course is only one of his many properties that can take the heat of his recent fraud case in NY.

The 18-hole golf course in Briarcliff Manor, NY, proudly houses Donald Trump’s National golf course spanning 140 acres of lush landscape. It hosts the 75,000-square-foot clubhouse, originally built in 1922 at Westchester.

In 1996, Trump took over the property back by signing a deal of $7.5 million. He started rebranding the course, finally reaching its current form. He himself presided over the club during his reign as president. The course further hosted esteemed figures like New York Yankees manager Joe Torre, alongside popular icons like Jack Nicholson and Clint Eastwood.

Despite his court case ongoing for months, the former president was seen winning the men’s Club Championship on Sunday. The event took place at Trump Golf Palm Beach Course. His gameplay astonished many fans, as they were heard screaming in excitement as the 77-year-old claimed victory.

While this court ruling may have put a damper on Trump, he is trying to solve the issue soon. Unfortunately, with the ongoing court case, the golf course and Trump’s other assets are in danger of being confiscated by the NY officials in case of failure to secure $464 million by 25 March.
