Spanish golfer Jon Rahm didn’t hold back during his recent appearance on The Eli Manning Show. When he was asked during the show, who is the least skilled celebrity golfer he’s played with; his answer was the NFL star. He candidly revealed J.J. Watt as the worst celebrity golfer he’s ever played with. His reply shocked everyone on board and even fans on social media.
This answer was not expected from Rahm, considering Watt’s reputation and experience as a talented athlete on the golf course. Despite Rahm being put on the spot the Spaniard took the opportunity to reveal his worst tee partner on the greens.

Later Watt also reacted to the tweet through a GIF. His reaction on X seemed to have surprised even the future first-ballot NFL Hall of Famer. His meme clearly mouthed, “What the f**k” to Rahm’s reply. During the Thursday show, Rahm noted, that even though he “love him to death” he still believes his golfing skills “is not there” just yet.
To mend things further, Rahm explained the reason for choosing Watt as the worst celebrity golfer. He noted that the future HOFer “is too strong!” He went on complaining how Watt can’t be that big and strong and still play golf at an elite level.

Watt shared a picture of his scorecard noting, “after 2 holes,” he was apparently ready to post it as a response to Rahm’s “worst celebrity golfer” video. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned as his game fell down a bit still it was “just your standard scorecard” as per the NFLer.
Prior to Rahm’s exit from the PGA Tour, he teamed up with Watt in Pro-Am at 2023 Waste Management Phoenix Open. However, since his approx. $600 million contract signing with the Saudi-league he is now set to play with his fellow LIV teammates. Rahm’s signing with LIV Golf in 2023 dominated the golf world throughout the offseason.
Watt agreeing with Rahm’s decision to sign up with the Saudi-league noted that if it were him he would have “physically forcing him to sign” the $600 million contract. His signing became a double-edged sword as it strengthened not only his future but also the LIV, leaving a hole in PGA.
