Justin Timberlake along with his partners at 8 AM has decided to invest in a new and innovative golf course concept – 3’s that has been functioning since 2019. 3’s has established itself as a hospitality brand that comes up with an innovative concept and is the brainchild of Davis Senza, the hospitality specialist.
How do hospitality and golfing knit together? Well, the answer is really simple. The hospitality service offers a mix of golf courses and amenities amalgamated, working for the benefit of golfers and non-golfers alike. The first location under Senza’s concept opened up in 2020 at Greenville.
The 3’s golfing course is a 12-hole par-3 possessing practice areas surrounded by golf-related attractions. The area also has an 18-put golf course, with a hospitality area and night-time operating courses.

Live music, a restaurant with a fine dining experience, and a lively bar are all included in the new 3’s venture for guests to spend quality time along with the golfing facilities. It seems like the best destination for a sabbatical, especially for those who have a knack and love for the sport.
“The 3’s concept is one I’m extremely excited about,” said Justin Timberlake. “Making golf more accessible, less intimidating, and more fun is a passion of mine, and that’s exactly what 3’s accomplishes with its 12-hole, par-3 layout and its relaxed, ‘all are welcome’ vibe.”
“3’s is a creative culmination of my 40 years of loving golf, food and beverage, hospitality, and most importantly, making it fun for all,” explains Davis Senza as he came up with the concept. Justin admires the fact that 3’s has endless opportunities and he surely is ecstatic to begin his new venture with the 3’s concept.
