LIV Golf has to deliver on big promises, or rather a major shift from the ones made in their first season. New players are up for grabs, as LIV Golf Circuit tries to lure more attention and a rather enormous fan base for their 2023 season. What could be different for them to create in the second season?

The second season of LIV Golf has rather planned 14 events, with greater attention to growing team effort. They are trying to garner more support and less volatility. A schedule is set to be released by the end of November this year to keep the fans updated and well ahead of the actual events.

The plans are huge and so is LIV’s attempt at trying to poach a larger number of golf players on their side. The deviation from the traditional PGA Tour gameplay had a mixed impact on the fans as it is definitely going to be worth watching the difference this attempt creates now.

The negotiations for the tentative changes are underway according to LIV President Atul Khosla. He spoke at the Trump Doral National about its aspirations for the 2023 season, “We are in the middle of the discussions. We are going to get it done this year. We want the teams locked in by the new year. It will play itself out over the next couple of months.”

There is an expectation of serious blows thrown toward the PGA Tour with the aim of poaching players away and signing interested players wanting to shift sides to a more lucrative game series. Even though there have been no confirmations, the speculations name Patrick Cantlay, Xander Schauffele, Mito Pereira, and Thomas Pieters to be linked with the 2023 season.

The primary issue right now associated with LIV Golf is the streaming negotiations. A rather bungled present as of now, they are looking forward to speaking with a few popular networks. “On the US front, we are back and forth with a few different networks,” said Khosla. The commercialization and associations with corporate partners are underway. It looks like the 2023 blast might come to fruition for the LIV by the end of this year.
