“I know you’re at a loss of words”: Lydia Ko’s surprising response leaves interviewer speechless

Lydia Ko
Lydia Ko finished just two strokes shy behind Marina Alexa at the Palos Verdes Championship. Yet, she received plenty of applause who heard her post interview.
During her final round Tokyo Olympic Champion Ko was getting her back worked by her physiotherapist, and Jerry Foltz of golfchannel.com actually asked her about it. The response left the interviewer speechless, and the crowd impressed.
Lydia Ko’s honest response to interviewers applauded

Foltz, concerned about Ko, asked her whether she was worried that her back was in pain. “I hope not. It’s that time of the month. I know the ladies watching are probably like, yeah, I got you. So, when that happens, my back gets really tight, and I’m all twisted. It’s not the first time that Chris has seen me twisted, but it felt a lot better after he came. So, yeah, there you go.”
Foltz of course had no follow up question, and simply replied with a thank you. Ko, laughing at him said, “I know you’re at a loss for words, Jerry. Honesty it is.”
