The 2022 Meijer LPGA Classic is all set to begin on the 16th of June at the Blythefield Country Club in Belmont with a purse of $2.5 million. It is expected to be one of the most exciting LPGA in the recent times, with one of the strongest fields ever including World No. 2, Nelly Korda.
With the entries for the tournament now closed, the Meijer LPGA boasts of the strongest field in its history- and rightfully so. The tournament is said to have 9 of the top 10 ranked players present, as well as all past champions of the Meijer Classic- headed by Korda. She recently made her return to competition last week at the US Women’s Open, where she finished T8.
