Sam Burns takes revenge for being called out for his hairstyle and also to take a shot at fans calling out Team USA’s performance following the first day of the Ryder Cup performance.

American golfer Sam Burns literally burned European crowds by taunting them following a successful birdie for Team USA on Saturday. Not only did he hype up the USA crowd after unsuccessful Day 1 of the Ryder Cup, but he also got his revenge on fans calling out his mullet hairstyle.
Team USA’s performance for the Cup war has not been up to par till Saturday. Captain Zach Jonhson stated that it was because of an illness plaguing the team, but Burns and Collin Morikawa turned the tide around. The pair defeated the power duo of the European team consisting of Viktor Hovland and Ludvig Aberg.
After quieting the crowd on Luke Donald’s side, Burns cupped his ear and shouted, “Huh, what’d you say? Huh? I can’t hear you! I can’t f***ing hear you! Feisty!” Just a day back Hovland and Aberg’s duo made Ryder Cup history, so Burns shout out hyped up the USA fans.

Prior to the start of the Ryder Cup game and even after that, some fans roasted Sam Burns stating that he can’t rock a mullet hairstyle. He surely got his revenge after a successful putt as results spoke louder than the taunts.
Burns calling out may also have been related to Jon Rahm’s reaction to his game a day earlier. Rahm tauntingly reacted to Burns who failed to perform at his highest level on the opening day. Team USA’s nightmarish day significantly came to an end after the American duo got their swagger back.
The Ryder Cup race is still going on full-fledged and it’s undoubtedly a heart-racing event to watch. When European fans thought of defeating Team USA after a first-day performance, the latter turned the game around. Fans are waiting to see who comes on top as star-ranked golfers crowd the greens of Rome.
