Former PGA Tour golfer, Talor Gooch has recently been reported to jump ships to LIV Golf. Aren’t we all aware, of what conjectures follow when this happens by now?
Well, we are. However, this time the soft-spoken, polite, rather suave world-class player has been portrayed as rather polarizing, which has leveled up the classic juxtaposition.
There is a lot to the story, but mostly the highlight remains that the player is being posed as a piece of strife that seems to be completely different from the demeanor he has presented. The intriguing news of Gooch joining the LIV Golf Tour in early June has created strong opinions.

Talor Gooch is marked at 35th place in the world ranking after his victory at Sea Island last fall. He has had an uncertain and obscure presence in the PGA Golf Tour even after 8 years of hard work. While he wanted to take the next stride towards a multimillion-dollar tour, he has been presented as polarizing.
His points were enough to qualify for his participation accompanied by some others like Matt Jones and Hudson Swafford for the FedEx Cup playoff at Memphis. Gooch filed a lawsuit to obtain a restraining order in order to participate in the playoff.
The courtroom had a rather twisted presentation with Gooch being brought into the limelight for signing a LIV contract and the others who waited in the stables.
While all the controversy kept on simmering, he was even mentioned as an ‘unwelcome alien’ in the LIV Golf Tour by the top faces. Gooch, however, made a solid statement by closing at fourth place in a tie, making him the world’s 35th.
The screams and noises on both sides appeared like Gooch being made the unwanted child on both fronts. The amazing showdown has yet again raised important questions on the golf community, are players not allowed to make progressive choices for themselves, which proved to be rightly exercised by Gooch? Well, polarizing or not, he does look like a polar star with his bang-on performance.
