Tiger Woods, the legendary American golfer. He has cemented his place in history as one of the greatest to ever grace the green. Tiger’s stature in the golf community knows no bounds with his current worth predicted close to the billion-dollar mark by Forbes. The billionaire resides in a mansion in Florida, worth a staggering $54 million. The mansion is on Jupiter Island. Woods bought this property in 2006, built it into a dream house, and occupied it since 2010.

Woods owns numerous properties in addition to his mansion, that is enviable and has considerable valuation. From spending his early life in the Orange County Suburb of Cypress, California the golf icon has made a name and fortune for himself. The Jupiter Island house is a massive structure of over 9,700 square feet. It has living quarters and a multipurpose building. The respective areas are 3300 square feet and 6400 square feet, separated by a beautiful glass walkway.

There are three-bedroom suites along with the master bedroom boasted by the building in the residence wing. The alternate wing or the ‘multipurpose’ wing has a gym, a movie theater, and an oxygen-therapy place. Also with a kid’s gaming room in the basement. The outer area is well developed with a 100-foot deep swimming pool and a 60-foot diving pool, a basketball-tennis court. And of course, the spa as we all know Tiger just loves some quality leisure time.

Tiger Woods began his real estate investment portfolio in Florida itself. A Spanish-style home in the exclusive Isle-worth community which is spread over 8000 square feet. The waterfront home was later sold to golf pro-Bubba Watson. He also owned a $3 million condo in Newport Beach built in a Mediterranean style. It is boasting an area of 2,000 square feet, and Catalina Island with a balcony and patio sold in 2012. 

Woods also owns a massive yacht, named Privacy, with three floors and containing many sought-after luxuries. It includes a Jacuzzi, a gym (again), a wet bar to be precise, and a decompression chamber for scuba diving. Not only this, Tiger flies around his private jet, used often by him during his tournaments, a Gulf-stream G550. Woods has stuck to his roots, buying the land adjacent to his Florida home for his mother. He purchased another home in Windermere, Florida in the name of his father.

Woods along with Justin Timberlake, Ernie Els, and Joe Lewis owns an ultra-luxury resort in the Bahamas. It is built over 600 acres on New Providence Island, which is heaven for those who would love to enter a fitness retreat. The exquisitely designed and built-in distinct architectural styles resort includes swimming pools. It has an equestrian center, a water sports center, tennis courts, and a fitness center with yoga and Pilates studios.
