“She is truly the GOAT inside and outside the gym”: Simone Biles named Godmother of Celebrity Beyond

Simone Biles being one of the greatest gymnasts of all time has attracted quite the attention from several brands over her career. Biles has now made the headlines once again- this time as the Godmother for Celebrity Beyond.

Celebrity Cruises announced that Biles would be the new godmother of the new Celebrity Beyond Ship. Biles will name Celebrity Beyond at an the official ceremony in Fort Lauderdale on 4th November. The new ship began her first season on April 27th, with a 10-night sailing from England, to Spain and will now spend the next ten weeks in Mediterranean.

“Simone is truly the G.O.A.T inside and outside of the gym, and I’m humbled and thrilled to welcome her as godmother of our newest ship Celebrity Beyond,” Celebrity CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo said to travelpulse.com.

Biles joins Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai and Reshma Saujani (founder of Girls who Code), who serve as Godmothers for sister ships Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Apex respectively.
