Joachim Loew will forever be remembered as the German manager to bring home the FIFA World Cup after 24 years. However his tactics have become outdated and a younger generation of players are rapidly moving ahead without him.

As soon as the announcement came in that Joachim Loew had tendered his resignation, Jurgen Klopp was the first name in everyone’s mind. He is one of the most renowned German managers in the world, with Hansi Flick known only since last season. So far he hasn’t expressed the interest in managing the national team since he is the manager of Liverpool. Despite the slump that they are in, everyone believe that he will bring them back from the brink.

With a contract until 2024, Jurgen Klopp most likely will not be the manager of Germany for the World Cup next year too. There have been reports of Liverpool offering him a new contract, but so far there has been no substantial news. Hansi Flick is altogether another matter as there has been news that he is not on good terms with the incoming Oliver Kahn and others.
