Will Holm seek her revenge against Nunes?

Holly Holm

As per ESPN, Holly Holm is fighting Julianna Pena on May 8 at a UFC Fight Night event. Holm is looking to pursue another shot at the title since she lost her title to current women’s bantamweight champion, Amanda Nunes. Though Holly picked up two victories against Raquel Pennington and Irene Aldana we all know her eyes on Nunes and the title.

Amanda Nunes is scheduled to fight Megan Anderson at UFC 259 on March 6th. The ex-champion is 3-1 in her past four fights losing only to Nunes. The winner of the Holm-Pena fight likely gets a shot at the title.

As for Pena, the former TUF winner is 2-1 in her past fights. Julianna did call out Amanda Nunes for a fight but it looks like she will be fighting Holm instead. Pena will look to win against Holm and secure her position as the No.1 title contender.
