Any player can use the Remake option to come out of a match with a draw, no added or subtracted RR in case of Compe, or XP in Unrated, in the case at least one of the players in their team is AFK(Away from Keyboard). Remake in Valorant

Remake in Valorant allows any player of the team to end that particular match in Draw without any results if a player disconnects at the start of a match, from the beginning of the buy phase to the end of the first round. A ‘remake call’ triggers an option in Valorant that lets the game check if any player in Valorant is AFK and, lets all connected players on the team vote to remake through a voting system and if it turns out to be affirmative, automatically closes the match in a Draw.

How to Remake

Players need to follow the next set of instructions to remake a match:

  • Open the text chat box in the bottom left corner
  • Enter the text : /remake
  • If you are the one who voted, it will autmatically be a yes in the vote
  • If otherwise, press F5 to vote yes
  • The match will be remade

Players should keep in mind that the voting requires all YES votes from any number of players active in the game. The voting option for remake only lasts for the duration of the buy phase in the second round and expires if the vote is not passed or skipped. You can opt to carry on with the game if the AFK of another player is only temporary, or you choose to play a 4v5 or otherwise.
