‘I believe he is overhyped, I have done everything’ Leon Edwards comments on Khamzat Chimaev

The Borz, Khamzat Chimaev finally found an opponent for him in the form of Leon ‘Rocky’ Edwards or we can say the Edwards has been forced to face him after he was removed from UFC rankings because of inactivity for a very long period of time.
Khamzat is one of those guys who have earned a large amount of fame in very little time by creating the record for three consecutive wins in a minimum number of days. He is not even in UFC rankings of any weight category till now but he is getting a chance to face the number 3 ranked Leon Edwards.
If ‘The Borz’ wins this fight against Leon Edwards this can catapult his carrier in the UFC but Edwards isn’t one of those guys on whom you can sleep on he will try to make sure that he will present a real challenge to Khamzat and derail his hype train.
Edwards isn’t buying his hype story

Leon Edwards in is the business from a very long time before Khamzat and he isn’t buying his hype story. In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani he says, “I believe he’s overhyped… I was once 9-0 in my carrier, I once had an eight-second knockout in the UFC, and I’ve done everything he’s done.”
With this statement, Rocky made it clear that he is going to be the toughest opponent Khamzat has ever faced and he will end his hype in the fight and show him what it feels like actually fighting a ranked opponent inside the Octagon.
