Ever since Lewis Hamilton has signed his much-awaited contract with Mercedes, may fans have put their money on the Brit to win another Championship and break the record all for once. Having said that, the wait for Hamilton’s announcement seemed never-ending. In simpler terms, the longer the negotiations went, it looked more and more like he would be without a race seat for 2021.
After the contract was signed, a lot of fanatics suggested that Hamilton was not happy with the terms of the contract extension. But Hamilton broke his silence on February 12 and came infront of his fans on social media. The Mercedes driver also ended his message on an uplifting note, giving his fans something to look forward to.
