IMPRESSIVE! Twitter reacts after Arsenal’s Lacazette, Odegaard, and Gabriel goals sealed all 3 points

Arsenal is back on the winning track after taking down Southampton by 3-0, thanks to the goals from Lacazette, Odegaard, and Gabriel.
A competitive first half
The Gunner started the match with a great tempo but Southampton took control early into the game and maintained much more possession than Arsenal.
Southampton however took their chances during the first 15 mins but it was Arsenal who opened the scoring. The Gunners built up an amazing game from their backline with pinpoint passing. From the build-up, Buyako Saka found Alexander Lacazette lurking in the Southampton box, who placed the ball beautifully in the top right corner.

The goal pushed back all the previous efforts from the Saints as they have to start from scratch again. But even before they could build up their game, Arsenal barged in and added their second goal just 6 mins after they took the lead. Keiran Tierney played off the ball beautifully on the path of Odegaard who lashed out at the back of the net, giving the Gunners a 2 goal lead.

Arsenal’s dominating display in the second half
Arsenal started the second half in a much better way as they kept the pressure maintained on Southampton. However, there were some brilliant free-kick opportunities for James Ward-Prowse, which he failed to convert.
On the 63rd minute, Arsenal was offered a corner which was well converted by Gabriel into a goal, thus adding a third one for the raging Arsenal.

Southampton failed to pull back anything from the match as Arsenal took full control of the 2nd half and were determined to overcome their previous losses and get back into the league.
Mikel Arteta’s team tore through Southampton’s shaky defence and snatched all 3 points and jumped the table to the 5th spot.
