IPL 2020: Delhi Capitals (DC) vs Mumbai Indians (MI) Preview, Probable XI, Head-to-Head and Fantasy 11

Shreyas Iyer-led Delhi Capitals will take on defending champions Mumbai Indians in match 51 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. The two sides will lock horns at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai on October 31 (Saturday) from 3:30 PM (IST) onwards. This game will be the first one of the double-header hosted on the same day.

Mumbai Indians registered a comfortable victory when these two teams last met in this year’s IPL season. Quinton de Kock and Suryakumar Yadav slammed half-centuries for the Mumbai-based franchise while chasing the target of 163, set by DC.

Delhi Capitals (DC)

After registering seven wins in nine matches, the Capitals went through a downslide in IPL 2020. Shreyas Iyer and co suffered three consecutive losses against Kings XI Punjab, Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad in their previous matches. 

Currently, the momentum is shifting away from their dugout, and they will be under pressure to register a victory in this encounter. Moreover, Delhi’s bowling also leaked many runs in their last two games, adding to their vows in this season. They are expected to make one or two changes in this game to find their lost mojo back in this edition.

Mumbai Indians (MI)

Mumbai Indians have played like the best side of the season in IPL 2020. After Chennai Super Kings’ victory over Kolkata Knight Riders in the last match, MI also became the first team to make it to the playoffs. 

With eight wins in 12 games, MI Paltan holds the pole position in the Points Table. But there is still no update on Rohit Sharma’s injury, so he will continue remaining out. As a result, Kieron Pollard will lead their side, and Mumbai will take the field with the same playing XI.
