Kings XI Punjab wicket-keeper batsman Nicholas Pooran saved six runs with gravity-defying effort. With an unbelievable effort in the deep Pooran saved 6 runs for the KXIP in IPL 2020.
Pooran dived outside the boundary line to take the catch which looked like an impossible one. However the next instant he threw the ball inside the field and saved 6 runs for KXIP.
The incident happened in the 8th over when Murugan Ashwin was bowling to Sanju Samson. Ashwin bowled a short ball and Samson pulled the shot over mid-wicket which looked like a difficult chance for Pooran. However, Pooran with a full-stretched leap caught the ball in mid-air and flicked the ball into play to save six runs for KXIP.

‘Best save I’ve seen in my life’ Tendulkar lauds Pooran’s effort
The little master Sachin Tendulkar said that Nicholas Pooran’s effort was the best he had seen in his life. An incredible effort is hailed by the legend himself.
Tendulkar wrote on Twitter,”This is the best save I have seen in my life. Simply incredible!!“
English commentator Kevin Pieterson after the magnificent effort by Pooran said on air, “That’s the best I have seen in a T20 game!”.
