IPL 2021: Who’s going to win today’s match? – CSK vs SRH, Match 23

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are on a roll at the moment. After a loss in their first match against Delhi Capitals (DC), the MS Dhoni-led side have notched up four wins in a row which has propelled them to the top half of the table. After seeing their top spot on the table being lost following yesterday’s match between DC and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), the Men in Yellow would want to reclaim that spot.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on the other hand, have not had it easy in the tournament so far. After three consecutive losses to start the tournament, they seemed to have got their campaign back on track with a win against Punjab Kings (PBKS), but a heartbreaking loss in the Super Over against DC has put a spoke in their wheel. They would be desperate to bounce back with a win today.

Chennai Super Kings would start the match as favourites. The Men in Yellow seem to have all bases covered. Their deep batting line-up has given plenty of room for the batters to bat with a lot of intent. Further, their bowling attack has looked assured even while under pressure. With the fielding and the intensity on the field adding to the confidence of the side, they could be a hard nut to crack.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have a lot of issues to address with the prime one being their middle-order. With the exception of the top 3, the other batters have not come good at all. Unless one of the plethora of Indian batsmen that they have in the line-up fire, SRH are likely to suffer another loss.
