IShowSpeed made another appearance in the WWE after famously being RKO’d by Randy Orton. The famous streamer showed up alongside Logan Paul to announce the picks of the WWE Draft. The Ohio native also got to meet one of his wrestling idols, Rey Mysterio, backstage. Their meet-up resulted in a hilarious encounter involving the Hall of Famer’s son, Dominik Mysterio.

After their heartwarming encounter, the streamer put on a Luchador mask similar to that of Rey Mysterio. The 49-year-old told him to walk up to his son and do his iconic bark at the young superstar. Speed proceeded to walk up to Dirty Dom, who was standing alongside his Judgement Day member JD McDonagh.

IShowSpeed got really close to the 27-year-old’s face and started barking aggressively at him. The former North American Champion was taken away by what was happening. His surprise eventually turned into irritation, and he looked highly annoyed by his expressions.

Dominik Mysterio would turn away from Speed while seemingly trying to hide his smile. He put a finger up to his ear, signaling that he had gone deaf from the loud barking. Further, the Judgement Day member pointed towards IShowSpeed as the streamer walked away from the scene feeling elated.

Dominik Mysterio calls his father Rey Mysterio an a**hole preceding another potential feud

Dominik Mysterio recently took to X and posted a gif calling his father an a**hole. This reply came in response to a post that curated a list of all the instances when Rey Mysterio had been betrayed throughout his legendary career. One of the seven instances included the former World Champion being betrayed by his own son in 2022.

The 2006 Royal Rumble Winner recently gave a backstage interview on the latest episode of Raw. While the Luchador was giving his thoughts about Carlito betraying the LWO, he was interrupted by the 27-year-old. The two proceeded to pass a few snide remarks at each other before the young superstar walked away.

This father-and-son rivalry has been running its course for nearly two years now. After Rey Mysterio came out on top at WrestleMania 39, things seemed to have died down. However, the two had another altercation at WrestleMania XL in a tag-team match, in which the Hall of Famer once again got the better of his son. With both superstars being drafted to the same brand now, there are chances of another feud ignited between them.
