Charles Leclerc the 2022 Bahrain Grand Prix winner is “over the moon” after registering his first win of the 2022 F1 season and has at the same time asked his team to keep up the good work going forward into the season.

The last few seasons for the Italian team have been tough in Formula One but coming into the 2022 season the hopes were high for the team and after yesterday’s victory, they certainly have proved why that was the case.

The last time that Ferrari was able to win a Grand Prix was in 2019 when they did it with Sebastian Vettel. To do it again after so many years must have felt great for Charles and the whole team.

After the race, Charles via his TWITTER handle shared his happiness at the outcome and wrote, “So incredibly proud of the whole team for the incredible work produced to get us back to this level. It is only the beginning and now it is time to work harder than ever to stay there.”

Charles Leclerc is really proud of the team for the work that was done in the off-season to produce a car worthy of winning races in Formula One. The Monaguesque has also emphasized the fact that Bahrain was only the first race of the season so they should not develop a laid-back approach instead should try to work harder than ever to put continuous performances race after race.

The Ferrari F1 team after yesterday’s victory has gone past the first hurdle but the job is far from over as there are still 22 races left in the season and given the unpredictability of the sport, anything can happen in the future.

The nearest hurdle after Bahrain for Ferrari is the Jeddah Grand Prix which is in a week in Saudi Arabia. It is a street circuit and it should favor the pacey Ferrari team.

Charles and Carlos were able to lock the first two podium places in Bahrain and in order to continue their progression they would be looking to put in a stellar performance again in Jeddah on the 27th of this month.
