Jacob Fatu made his debut on the June 21 episode of SmackDown and joined The Bloodline faction. He pledged his loyalty to Solo Sikoa and acknowledged him as The Tribal Chief. After Solo sent a message to Roman Reigns on SmackDown, The Samoan Werewolf conveyed a message to the WWE Universe on social media.

The Enforcer of the new Bloodline took to X and officially acknowledged Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. On the latest episode of SmackDown, the former NXT North American Champion cut a promo berating Roman Reigns with fellow Bloodline members standing behind him. He stated that Reigns couldn’t defend his family legacy when he lost against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL.

Solo had the Ula Fala in his hands that the former Shield member wore during his time as the Undisputed WWE Champion. The 31-year-old star claimed that he was now the new Tribal Chief and said Reigns could try to take it back from him if he wanted. They closed out the show with Jacob acknowledging him once again and putting the Ula Fala on him.

The new Tribal Chief and the current Undisputed WWE Champion will come face-to-face, as their singles match is already being earmarked for SummerSlam PLE.

While speaking on the 1 of a Kind podcast, Van Dam called him more credible and intense than the other guys. He stated that The Bloodline’s entire vibe changed when he made his debut with his intensity. On his debut, The Samoan Werewolf singlehandedly laid waste to Rhodes, Owens, and Orton.

He's so much more credible and intense and engaging and compelling than all the other guys, like he came out and just his intensity and everything like changed the whole vibe.

Moreover, he didn’t hesitate to inform Paul Heyman when Solo ordered him to. When The Wiseman refused to accept him as his Tribal Chief, Fatu destroyed him with a diving headbutt and a powerbomb through the table. Although it is not confirmed whether he will be one of the Bloodline members to participate in the match, his presence alone will keep fans concerned.
