Real-life Bloodline family member Jacob Fatu recently parted ways with Major League Wrestling. It was rumored that he had signed with WWE and would play a role in the main event of WrestleMania. Although the latter didn’t take place, as per new reports, he could make his debut in the Stamford-based company soon, with a significant push.
In the latest edition of WON, it was reported that Jacob Fatu could be seen making his television debut in WWE. Although Dave Meltzer noted that he would start his career with a huge push, it was still unclear which brand he would join.
The 31-year-old star was trained by his uncle, Rikishi, and began his wrestling career in 2012. Until 2019, Fatu wrestled in various independent promotions in California and Mexico before finally joining MLW. Since then, he has made a name for himself by showcasing his high-flying moves. The Samoan Werewolf even found some success by winning the MLW World Heavyweight Championship and the National Openweight Championship.
Recently, he fought with former WWE Superstar, Matt Riddle, at the MLW Kings of Colosseum on January 6. Fatu ventured to NJPW, where he made his debut at Battle in the Valley, winning a tag team bout. It will be interesting to see whether he joins Roman Reigns and The Bloodline similar to his cousin Solo Sikoa, or if he starts his career in NXT.
WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi expressed his excitement over Jacob Fatu’s WWE debut

Rikishi took to X and shared a picture of him with Jacob and several other notable stars, like his longtime partner Black Pearl and Zilla Fatu. The Hall of Famer stated that he couldn’t wait for him to ‘unleash the beast’ within him and shock everyone in WWE.
