Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden has seen his ratings in the popular video game NBA 2K plummet in recent editions and it wasn’t any different with the upcoming 2K25 edition. In a recent interview with journalist Jason Bristol, Harden responded to his low rating of 84 in the upcoming game.

James Harden had instead chosen to be more focused on his performance in the real world, an NBA court, than what a video game thinks about him. His low ratings, last edition of the game he was rated 89, in the latest issue of the video game may be a result of his low-performance output in recent seasons.

Nah, I don't... Imma show 'em on the court. I don't really care about my rating.
James Harden said to Jason Bristol

Surprisingly, his rating is now just one point higher than Miami Heat Tyler Herro and Washington Wizards Kyle Kuzma, and one point lower than reigning DPOY Rudy Gobert and Phoenix Suns Bradley Beal. This has sparked a conversation among fans and despite his respectable numbers last season, his performance was lower last season as he had to share the spotlight with stars like Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.

With the departure of Paul George to the Philadelphia 76ers, Harden’s role and importance to the team are set to increase. He would have to silence his doubters by putting in a classic performance and showing why he deserves to be rated highly.

James Harden, Paul George, and Jimmy Butler form superteam for the Hong Kong Charity Game

The offseason witnessed James Harden, Paul George, and Miami Heat Jimmy Butler team up for a charity game in Hong Kong, organized by Yao Ming. The game was a blowout win for their team, with Harden showcasing his scoring prowess. However, it was not the case for Paul George as he had a viral moment for the wrong reason, where he was locked down by a defender in a clip that quickly spread online.

Despite the lopsided score, the experience brought the three stars closer together and created unforgettable memories for the fans. The trio’s collaboration was notable, given their shared history with the Clippers.

Furthermore, it was good to see future rivalries take a back seat as that won’t be the case when the season starts fully. The trio’s target for the new season would be to establish their dominance over the other and for Harden, it might be a chance for him to finally add silverware to his collection.
