Russia’s Anna Kalinskaya is the new rumored girlfriend of Jannik Sinner and a picture uploaded on X fueled the rumors. Some eagle-eyed users pointed at the word ‘Anna’ on Sinner’s phone screen, implying that he was having a call with her while posing for the picture. 

Despite the rumors, neither Kalinskaya nor Sinner have confirmed or denied anything. However, a small rumor or even a picture is enough to send social media into a frenzy.

Sinner is in Turin, Italy, to recover from the hip injury he suffered during this year’s Madrid Open. He is undergoing treatment at the J Medical facility. If reports are to be believed, then Kalinskaya is also in Turin. 

Kalinskaya was previously linked with Australia’s Nick Kyrgios, who has been out of competitive tennis for a long time due to his injuries.

He feels it is his duty to protect those he loves. On social media as well, Sinner said he doesn’t like to post pictures of his family or the girl he is dating. 

Whether or not I'm with a girl, I will never put it on social media, because I want to keep my private life private. I don't need to post a picture in the morning to show everyone that I'm engaged, or that I'm not. Social media are a means for the sport I do, not for my private life. I've never posted a picture with my parents, maybe with my brother once.

He has made it clear that he won’t be making announcements about his dating life on social media, which means he may not confirm whether he is dating Anna Kalinskaya or not. 

As mentioned, Sinner is in Turin nursing his injury. He is uncertain whether he will play at Roland Garros or not. In a press conference, he stated that if the injury doesn’t heal in time, he may end up not showing up on court for a long time. Sinner, in his last match, defeated Karen Khachanov in Madrid before withdrawing himself from the quarterfinals against Felix Auger-Aliassime.
